摘要 以航空发动机燃油系统为研究对象,简要介绍了燃油系统的工作原理,建立了燃油系统主要组成单元计量活门、电液伺服阀、等差活门的数学模型。并在Matlab/Simulink环境下,构建了整个燃油系统的仿真模型。通过在试验器上进行的燃油系统与电子控制器的联合调试试验,对仿真结果进行验证。仿真与试验结果的对比表明:所建模型的仿真结果与试验结果吻合较好,基本符合设计要求,能反应燃油系统的实际工作情况。 Taking an aero-engine fuel system as the researching object, the main components of the fuel system metering valve unit, electro-hydraulic servo valves, valve characteristic parameters and arithmetic works were analyzed with mathematical models. In the Matlab/Simulink environment, the mathematical models of the key elements and the entire fuel system were established. The calculation was validated with the testing data of different fuel system at the actual working conditions. It can be found that the model simu-lation results are good agreement with the experimental results, and the model can meet the design require-ments.
