摘要
高压断路器是电力系统中的主要设备,可断开工作电流及短路电流,顺利完成灭弧、完成合闸、分闸任务,因此高压断路器的机械动作特性关系到电力系统的安全。高压断路器的机械特性试验项目主要包括合闸、分闸时间,合闸、分闸速度。机械特性试验是否符合厂家要求作为此高压断路器的好坏标准,同时也是是否能够继续运行的参考。该文探讨一种高速摄像法在高压断路器机械动作特性测试的应用,分析了其优点、缺点和改进要求。
The high-voltage circuit breaker is the main equipment in an electric power system,which can cut off the operating current and the short-circuit current and smoothly finish arc extinction, switching on and off. Mechanical operation characteristic of the high-voltage circuit breaker concerns safety of the electric power system.Mechanical characteristic test items of the high-voltage circuit breaker include time and speed of switching on and switching off.Whether the mechanical characteristic test conforms to requirements of the manufacturer or not shall be served as the standard to judge the quality of the high-voltage circuit breaker and the reference for judging whether the breaker can continue to operate or not.This article discusses the application of a high-speed camera method to mechanical operation characteristic test of the high-voltage circuit breaker,analyzes the advantages and defects of the method and summarizes the improvement requirements for the method.
