摘要 凝结水泵电耗高一直是某厂1000MW机组的难题,通过凝结水泵变频改造,大幅降低了某厂四期凝结水泵电耗。通过对凝结水系统进行分析挖掘节能潜力,增加汽泵密封水升压泵以及进行逻辑优化等措施降低机组的厂用电率,挖掘机组的节能潜力,机组的经济性和安全性大幅提升。 High power consumption of condensate pump has always been the problem of IO00MW unit in the Power Plant.However, the power consumption of the fourth-phase condensate pump in the Power Plant has been greatly reduced through frequency conversion reconstruction of the condensate pump.The energy-saving potential is further explored through analysis on the condensate system.Power consumption rate of the unit in the Plant is reduced by increasing steam pump and sealed-water booster pump and conducting logic optimization so that the energy-saving potential of the unit can be explored.The economic efficiency and safety of the unit can be greatly improved.
