面向工程应用的调度自动化系统LINUX培训项目研究

摘要 针对调度自动化系统Linux培训效果不佳的现状,本文深入解析培训难点,总结出面向工程应用激发学员学习主动性的培训策略,并以OPEN3000平台为例提出了5层培训需求模型,细化培训不同阶段需要达到的目标。根据上述培训策略和需求模型,制定了面向工程应用的调度自动化系统Linux完整培训方案,同时给出了基于分组任务对抗演练和OPEN3000平台工作站安装的培训实例。2015年国网技术学院新员工培训实践表明,本文所提培训方案面向实际工程应用,显著提高了学员学习的主动性和积极性,达到了良好的培训效果。 Aiming at the current situation that the training effect in dispatching automation system Linux is not optimal,this article deeply analyzes the difficulties in training,summarizes training strategies for stimulating learning initiative of trainees in engineering application and puts forward a model containing five-level training needs taking OPEN3000 platform as the model so that the targets to be reached in different training stages are refined.According to the above training strategies and the demand model,a complete training scheme is formulated for dispatching automation system Linux in engineering application.Meanwhile,training examples based on grouped confronting exercises and workstation installation of OPEN3000 platform are listed.New staff training practices in State Grid of China Technology College of 2015 indicate that the training scheme facing to practical engineering application proposed in this article has significantly improved the initiative and enthusiasm of the trainees and gained optimal training effects.
