“三集五大”体系下电力行业院校专业设置研究

Research on Major Setup of Power-industry-related Colleges Under “Three Intensives & Five Systems”

为满足国家电网"三集五大"体系建设对员工素质的要求,公司要求下属高职高专院校废除与公司发展不相适应的和就业率低的专业,缩减学历教育年招生规模在700人左右。学校缩减专业既要考虑培训的要求,也要结合自身资源现状和长远发展目标,电力工程类、动力工程类专业应重点发展,机械工程类、经济管理类、电子信息类、建筑工程类专业应结合电力行业背景,缩减规模,变为电力方向类专业。

To satisfy the requirements of ＂Three Imtensives ＆ Five Systems＂ construction of the State Grid on quality of the staff,the corporation requires its subordinate higher vocational colleges to abolish the majors which are out of keeping with development of the eomporation and low in employment rate and downsize the annual enrollment scale of diploma education to about 700 persons.Colleges shall consider the requirements for training and combine with its own resource situation and long-term development target while downsizing the majors.Majors of electric power engineering and power engineering shall be prioritized.Majors of mechanical engineering,economic management,electronic information and constructional engineering shall be downsized combining the background of electric power industry and changed to majors in the direction of electric power.
