关于网格化管理模式与党团建设相结合优势的研讨——以国网技术学院检修培训部为例

Research and Discussion on Advantages of Combining Grid Management Mode and Construction of the Party and the Youth League

国网技术学院作为国家电网公司培训创新研发基地、团青干部培养基地、企业文化传播基地,承担国家电网公司新员工培训和专业技术技能人才的培训的任务。每期学员中有近半数党员,近98%的团员,如何发挥好学员中党团员群体的作用是当下值得思考的一个课题。为进一步加强党团工作力度,实现党团全覆盖、效率利用提高,国网技术学院电网检修培训部建立起党团网格化管理服务新模式。党团网格化管理是以党员学员为网格长,通过组织党团活动,履行党员义务的运作模式。在具体运作过程中,强调党员主动承担责任和义务。本论文着重从党团建设的重要性为依据,以及网格化管理的概念,机制来论述网格化管理模式与党团建设相结合的优势。

As the training innovation R＆D base,base for cultiv^iting cadres of the Youth League and the corporate culture communication base of the State Grid Corporation of China, State Grid of China Technology College undertakes the task for training new employees of the SGCC and training professional and technical talents.About half of the trainees of each term are Party members,and 98% of them are League members.How to play the roles of Party members and League member among the trainees is a topic worth considering at present.To further strengthen the efforts of the Party and the Youth League, achieve full coverage of the Party and the Youth League and improve utilization rate,Grid Maintenance Training Department of the College establishes a new mode of grid management service for the Party and the Youth League.Grid management for the Party and the Youth League is an operation mode which takes Party member trainees as the core of the grid.Those Party members shall perform their obligations as Party members by organizing Party and League activities.In the specific operation process,it is emphasized that the Party members shall actively undertake their responsibilities and obligations.This article takes the importance of construction of the Party and the Youth League as the basis and discusses the advantages of combining the grid management mode and construction of the Party and the Youth League using the concept of grid management.
