摘要
高校后勤管理是高校管理部门的重要组成部分,是高校廉政风险防控的重要领域。本文分析了当前高校后勤管理存在的薄弱环节,重点查找了工程维修、物业管理、商贸管理等方面的风险点,从全面梳理岗位职责等四个方面探索构建廉洁高效后勤的实现路径。
Logistics management is an important part of the university, and also a very important area for preventing corruption and risk. This paper analyzed the risks in logistics management and focused on engineering maintenance, property management, commercial management and other aspects. Four methods have been proposed in order to achieve the goal of building a clean and efficient logistics management system at universities.
