浅谈高校辅导员专业化培训

高校辅导员专业化、职业化的发展趋势对当前高校辅导员培训模式提出挑战。作为辅导员成长成才的重要平台,高校辅导员专业化培训机制亟待构建。本文在高校辅导员专业化、职业化发展的背景下,分析了当前高校辅导员培训存在的问题,探讨了高校辅导员专业化培训的必要性,并提出了高校辅导员专业化培训的设计原则和培训方案,对高校的辅导员专业化培训进行了初步探索。

The development trend of specialization and professionalization of college counselors has posed a great challenge to the current training model of college counselors. As an important platform for the development of counselors, professional training programs should be set up. This paper analyzed the current problems in college counselors＇ training and the necessity of professional training, and proposed some principles for designing the training program.
