Leaderless Group Discussion in Ceramics Technology Teaching

无领导小组讨论法作为一种有效的评测手段已经引起教育工作者的广泛关注。针对目前陶瓷工艺学课堂教学中存在的问题,创造性地将无领导小组讨论法应用到陶瓷工艺学课堂教学中。研究发现,无领导小组讨论法有利于增强学生学习的主动性和积极性,增进学生之间的交流和互动,促进学生多元化思考,培养学生的创新意识,达到提高学生的学习效果和课堂教学质量的目的。

As an effective method of evaluation, leaderless group discussion has attracted widespread attention among educators. Recently, leaderless group discussion has been creatively applied to the process of ceramics technology teaching, aimed to solve some of the problems. It was found that this teaching method could enhance the students＇ learning enthusiasm and initiative, promote communication and interaction between students, facilitate their thinking diversity, and strengthen their innovation consciousness, which could effectively serve the purpose of improving the students＇ learning and the teachers＇ teaching in classroom.
