Design and Application of Mobile Care System

目的设计一个移动护理系统,使护士可以床边执行医嘱,记录病人相关诊疗数据。方法架构在医院EMR(电子病历)上,通过中间件为医院现有的信息管理系统提供全面的数据交互平台。结果用手持数据终端设备及应用条形码实现将网络信息点延伸到病床,护士可以随时随地获取病人的临床数据。结论移动护理系统的建设使医院的管理更加规范,医疗信息的传递更加快捷,医疗数据的获取更加准确,提供更加安全、高效、便捷的医疗服务。

Objective To design a mobile care system, so as to make nurses become possible to perform medical advice at the bedside and record patients＇ clinic data. Methods On the basis of hospital EMR （electronic medical records）, the system provided comprehensive data exchange platform through the middleware for existing hospital information management system. Results Using hand-held data terminal equipment or bar code to extend information network to the bedside and nurse could obtain the patients＇ clinical data anytime, anywhere. Conclusions The construction ofmobile hospital care system makes the management more standardized, transferring of medical information more efficient and medical data more accurate. This will provide a more secure, efficient and convenient medical service to patients.
