效用量表在中国人群中的应用研究综述

Study on the Application of General Utility Scale on Chinese Population

目的:对通用量表在中国人群中的应用研究进行文献综述,以期为我国药物经济学评价中健康效用测量工具的完善提供参考。方法:在中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库和Pub Med数据库中进行系统文献检索,筛选其中在中国人群中采用通用健康效用量表测量的研究。对研究中通用健康效用量表在中国人群中应用的可行性、信度、效度、天花板及地板效应进行综述。结果:目前中国人群相关研究中使用最多的通用健康效用量表为EQ-5D,其次为SF-6D。在各项研究中,这两个量表均具有较好的可行性、信度及结构效度,但没有校标效度的检验,也没有研究对量表的内容效度进行考察,因此无法作出全面评估。此外,文献中报告的EQ-5D的天花板效应较严重,SF-6D的地板效应较严重。结论:EQ-5D和SF-6D量表在我国药物经济学研究中被广泛使用,但仍存在一定限制。

Objective ： To provide reference for the improvement of utility measurement in pharmacoeconomics evaluation in China, we learned the application of general utility scale on Chinese population. Methods ： Based on the research of literatures at home and abroad, we made an analysis of feasibility, reliability, validity, ceiling and floor effect of the application of general utility scale in China. Results： At present, China＇s largest scale used in the study is EQ-SD, followed by SF-6D. Both of these two scales have good feasibility, reliability and construct validity. In addition, the ceiling effect on EQ-SD is more serious, more serious floor effect on SF- 6D. Conclusion： EQ-SD and SF-6D have been widely used in China＇s pharmacoeconomics study, but there were still some limitations.
