Objective： Cost-benefit analysis is one of the important part of modern hospital management, hospital medical equipment makers and managers must establish the cost-effectiveness of medical devices which is the practice of awareness and implementation. In order to get more accurate evaluation of hospital medical equipment, give full play to produce medical equipment investment. Methods： Through the analysis practice and experience in cost efficiency of large medical equipment. Results： the development of the benefit evaluation index system of rewards and penalties. Conclusion： To mal^e the hospital medical equipment more scientific, rational, standardized, with the scale and direction of hospital medical fixed asset investment.
