基于生化指标的小鼠高尿酸血症模型考察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:建立小鼠高尿酸血症模型。方法:采用氧嗪酸钾灌胃给药的方式,分别考察给药剂量为150、300、450、600、750、900、1 050mg/(kg·d),给药时间为1、3、5、7、9、11、13天时对小鼠高尿酸血症模型的影响。运用半自动生化分析仪检测小鼠血清中尿酸、尿素、肌酐含量,通过统计分析,确定小鼠高尿酸血症模型的最佳给药剂量及给药时间。结果:给药剂量为750mg/(kg·d)、给药时间为7天时,小鼠体内尿酸、尿素、肌酐含量与空白组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明小鼠高尿酸血症模型造模成功。结论:小鼠高尿酸血症模型的最佳给药剂量为750mg/(kg·d),最佳给药时间为7天。 Objective:To establish a hyperuricemia model in mouse. Methods:The oxonic acid were administrated to the mouse, and studying the impact of different administration metering 150,300,450. 600. 750,900,1 050rag/(kg · d) and different administra- tion time 1,3,5,7,9,11,13d. The uric, urea and creatinine of mouse were detected by semi brake biochemical analyzer. Throught statistical analysis,to determine the best administration metering and administration time of the mice model of hyperuricemia. Re- suits:Compared with the control group,when the administration metering was 750mg/(kg· d) and the administration time is 7d, the uric, urea and creatinine of mouse were significant differences. And the mice model of hyperuricemia was succeeed. Conclusion: The best administration metering of the model of hyperuricemia was 750mg/(kg· d) and the best administration time of the model of hyperuricemia was 7d.
