经皮穴位电刺激联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔痛92例临床研究

Joint Daughter of Department of Gynaecology Piece of Transcutaneous Acupoint Electrical Stimulation Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Pain 92 Cases of Clinical Observation

目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法:选取189例慢性盆腔痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=97)和观察组(n=92),对照组患者给予妇科千金片治疗,观察组患者给予经皮穴位电刺激联合妇科千金片治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的83.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的VAS、SF-12评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮穴位电刺激联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔痛疗效显著,可降低患者的疼痛感,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To study the daughter of department of gynaecology piece combined percutaneous acupoint stimulation for the clinical curative effect of treatment of chronic pelvic pain. Methods：Choose 189 cases of patients with chronic pelvic pain as the research object,its randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group patient＇s daughter of department of gynaecology piece treatment,observation group patient＇s transcutaneous point electric stimulation combined therapy with daughter of department of gynaecology piece. Results：The total effective rate was 97.83 ~, observing group, control group was 83.51 ~, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.01）. On the VAS score and SF-12 scores, the observation group were significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： In patients with chronic pelvic pain adopted daughter of department of gynaecology piece with percutaneous acupoint electric stimulation therapy can significantly clinical results, reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life, is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.
