摘要 随着智能变电站的逐渐普及,作为其中重要节点的电能计量设备面临着主动变革的需要。为此,以虚拟仪器的方法,结合NI公司的CompactRIO硬件平台和LabVIEW与Matlab软件平台,开展了符合IEC61850通信规约的高精度多功能虚拟数字电能表的研究工作。在阐述了基本电能计量原理的基础上,介绍了系统总体设计方案,并根据cRIO平台特点,针对FPGA层级、RT层级和PC层级分别展开,给出了系统各部分的硬件组成和各模块的LabVIEW程序框图,经测试,该系统工作稳定可靠、电能计量准确、功能全面、综合性较好。 With the rising popularity of intelligent substation, as one of the significant parts, the electric power mearurement equipments are faced with the need for initiative change. Based on virtual instrument design concept, combined with the hardware platform of NI's CompactRIO and the software platform of LabVIEW and Matlab, the study is carried out on high-precision multi- function virtual digital watt-hour meter which accords with IEC61850 communication protocol. The basic theory of electric power calculation is expounded and overall system design program is introduced. Then,according to the characteristics of cRIO platform, the study is carried out from FPGA level,RT level and PC level. And the composition of hardware and the program diagram are given in detail. Finally, the experiment results show that the system is reliable, accurate, full-featured and better integrated.
