摘要
为评估输电线路各部件及整体状态,提出了一种带变权的模糊综合评判方法。在综合各类状态信息的基础上,建立输电线路状态评估参数体系。通过层次分析法和熵权法得到各状态信息的综合权重,充分考虑了各评价因素的均衡性和指标变化对权重的影响。使用模糊综合评判方法对输电线路整体进行评估,得出状态等级的发展趋势。实际计算表明此方法具有一定的合理性和有效性。
To evaluate the conditions of transmission lines' various components and the overall state,a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method with variable weights is introduced. On the basis of different kinds of status information, the state evaluation parameter system of transmission line is established. Through the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, the state information synthesis weights are gotten by considering the balance of evaluation factors and the impact on weight with indicators changes. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate transmission lines and get the developmenttrend of state level. Actual computation shows that this method has certain rationality and effectiveness.
