摘要
为确定某电厂锅炉水冷壁泄漏原因,利用金相、室温拉伸等试验方法,对锅炉水冷壁管泄漏管段现场观察和取样分析。结果表明:爆管是由于管子焊缝处存在焊接缺陷,在启停炉、温度波动等热疲劳应力作用下发生泄漏后,吹损了相邻的水冷壁管,造成被吹损泄漏的管内介质流量减少进而发生短时超温爆管;向火侧表面存在树皮状裂纹的水冷壁管子金相及力学性能正常,表面树皮状形态一部分为裂纹,一部分为凹槽,已无法满足长周期安全运行。
In order to determine water wall leakage reasons in a certain power plant boiler, metallographic & room temperature tensile test method is used through the analysis of water wall pipe leakage field observation and sampling. It is shown that the tube burst is due to the (tefeets of welding seam pipe. Under the thermal fatigue stress resulted from temperature fluctuatiuns & boiler start-up, the adjacent water wall tube is damaged, tube medium flow is decreased, short-term over temperature tube bnrsts. The metallographic and mechanical properties of water wall with bark crack is normal, part of the surface is the crack, part is grooves,. The tube can not meet the requirements of long time safe operation.
