On Financial Risk of Enterprise Merger and Acquisition

伴随着世界经济一体化，市场经济也开始快速发展，企业为了扩大规模，开始不断进行并购，企业并购有利于企业扩大经营，更好地配置资源。但是，我们也应该看到，企业并购具有很大的风险，尤其是财务风险更是不容忽视，其甚至可以决定企业并购是否顺利。财务风险的成因比较复杂，而且存在着信息不对称的现象。财务风险所包含的整合风险、支付风险、融资风险以及定价风险是密切联系的共同体。

With the integration of world economy, market economy has rapidly developed. In order to expand the scale and businesses, many enterprises have begun to carry out mergers and acquisitions, which could help en- terprises to expand business and make better resources allocation. However, there exists a great risk in merger and acquisition, especially the financial risk, which sometimes even depends on whether the merger is successful. The cause of financial risk is more complex but a phenomenon of information asymmetry. The financial risks including the integration of risk, payment risk, financing risk and pricing risk are closely linked community.
