民办高职院校学生工作对学生发展支持研究

Research on Student Work Supporting Students＇ Development in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

旨在以大学生发展为起点，分析当前我国民办高职院校学生工作中存在的问题，并从建立多元评价机制、构建大学生心理健康教育体系、提升学生工作人员服务理念、优化学生奖助贷保障体系、完善学生就业能力培养体系五方面进行论述，提出民办高职院校改进学生工作，促进大学生发展的对策建议。

Taking college students＇ development as a starting point, the existing problems in current students work in private vocational colleges in China are analyzed, and then the following aspects of establishing the multi - evaluation mechanism, constructing the college students＇ psychological health education system, promoting person- nel＇s service concept, optimizing scholarship, assistance and loan guarantee system and improving students＇employ- ment ability are respectively discussed so as to improve the student work and promote college student development.
