摘要
分析选取中国与德国进行阅读促进活动比较的缘由,介绍中德两国阅读促进活动情况,从阅读活动组织机构、服务对象、支持力量三个方面分析其差异:在活动组织机构上,中国的阅读促进活动主要由政府及其相关机构组织、行业协会负责实施,而德国则由非政府的文化性民间团体组织实施;在服务对象上,德国的阅读促进活动是按系统、分类别进行的,阅读活动的服务对象非常明确,而我国的阅读促进活动服务对象都是所有市民,没有特别针对的服务群体;在支持力量上,我国的阅读促进活动相对缺少政策、经费和社会力量的支持,而德国从政府到企业,从行业协会到民间组织都从不同角度、不同层面成为支持阅读的重要力量。最后指出德国阅读促进活动的成功经验对我国开展阅读促进活动的四点启示。
This paper explains the reasons for selecting China and Germany to make a com- parison of their reading promotion activities, gives an account of their reading promotion and analyzes their differences in the organizer, service object and supporter of the activities. The analysis shows that the reading promotion activities in China are mainly organized by govern- ment and its related organizations and carried out by associations while those in Germany are organized and carried out by non-government cultural organizations, that the service objects in Germany are very definite as the activities are designed for different sectors and types while those in China are not very clear as the activities are for all walks of life but not for a special group and that the activities in China are rarely supported by policies, funds and so- ciety while those in Germany are usually supported by government, enterprises, associations and folk organizations. It is finally pointed out that Germany's successful experience in read- ing promotion can serve as good examples for China.
