摘要
基于可用性理论,针对知网和万方两种学位论文数据库设计可用性测试流程和测试指标,然后设置10个测试任务和1份调查问卷,选取5名受测者,从有效性、易用性、易学性、容错程度和主观满意度5个方面对两种数据库进行可用性测试和比较。针对可用性测试过程中所发现的两种学位论文数据库存在的问题,提出几条改善建议。
Based on the theory of usability, this article designs the usability testing process and index, and then sets up ten usability testing tasks and a questionnaire for CNKI and Wanfang dissertation databases. Five respondents are chosen to test the usability of these two databases from five aspects, namely effectiveness, easiness to use, easiness to learn, error-tol- erance and subjective satisfaction. Finally, the authors suggest several ways to solve the prob- lems of these two dissertation databases revealed in the process of usability testing.
