摘要
为了对回转接头试验装置进行自动控制,试验装置测控系统采用了运用广泛的单片机作为控制器进行数据采集处理,数据处理精度高,同时方便系统功能扩展。选用PLC作为电气部分的控制器,保证了电磁阀切换的准确性,增强了系统的抗干扰能力。测试结果表明,测控系统的设计提高了回转接头测试的精度,加快了测试的速度,实现了连续性测量。
In order to carry out automatic control of the swivel joints test device , it designs the test device , which contains a measurement and control system and adopts the wildly Microcontroller Unit ( MCU ) as the data pro-cessing and acquisition core .This device has advantages of high precision , and is convenient to extend .It cho-ses PLC with its eminent anti -interference capability , stability and reliability to design the electrical part , en-sures the system precise switching of the electromagnetic valves .Test results show that the general design of this measurement and control system with the edge of continuous sampling , improves measuring accuracy as well as sample speed .
