摘要
试验难以实现倾斜角、充液率对动车牵引变流器散热用板翅式热管散热器传热性能影响的研究,因此以实际的板翅式热管散热器为例,通过建立数学模型,采用ICEPAK数值模拟软件,分析了倾斜角、充液率对散热器有效传热面积比、总传热系数、传热量、空腔底板温度场分布的影响,得到该散热器的最佳充液率范围为0.5~0.6。
Doing experiments is extremely difficult to study the influence of the inclination angle and filling ratio on the heat transfer performance of the plate -fin heat pipe radiator used in CRH locomotive traction converter . Therefore, establishing mathematical model and using numerical simulation software ICEPAK , it takes the real plate-fin heat pipe radiator as example and analyzes the influence of inclination and filling ratio on the effective heat transfer area percent , overall coefficient of heat transfer , heat dissipation and temperature distribution of cavity substrate plate .It obtains the optimum filling ratio range ranging from 0.5~0.6.
