摘要
随着国际航运业务的发展,船员数量的增多,船员在船上出现工伤事故的数量也越来越多.现有的船员社会保险立法十分匮乏,无法保障船员的合法权益.本文根据司法判例,总结船员保险制度在实际运用中的实践和问题,旨在解决船员在船上工作过程中出现一些具体的问题,以维护船员的权益,也是实现船员体面工作、稳定船员队伍、保障我国航运事业长远发展的关键.
With the increasing quantity of seafarers in shipping business, the number of crew＇s work-related injury accident on board is increasing. The existing social insurance legislation for seafarers are scarce and is unable to protect their legitimate rights and interests. According to the judicial precedent, this paper summarizes the existing seafarer＇s work-related injury insurance system and problems in practical application, aiming at safeguarding the rights and interests of the seafarers.
