自动布管-布杆折流杆换热器软件设计

摘要 该文作者参与开发了一种自动布管-布杆折流杆换热器软件,可以计算换热器的结构参数,并能进行CAD二次开发,自动绘制工程图,统计换热管数目、折流圈数目,大大减少设计人员的工作量.针对该软件,对壳体内径Ds=0.325 m的折流杆换热器,分析研究了换热管径对换热管数目和换热器面积的影响;研究结果表明:随着换热管径的增加,换热管数目逐渐减小;对于单管程换热器,随着换热管径的增加,换热器面积先增加,后减小,当换热管径do=22 mm时,换热器换热面积达到最大值;对于双管程换热器,随着换热管径的增加,换热器换热面积逐渐减小. The author participated in the development of the software design, by which tubes and rods are laid automatically for rod baffle heat exchanger. Based on the soft ware, the structural parameters of the heat exchanger were calculated and the CAD was developed secondly for heat exchanger drawing, also the automatic statistics numbers of heat exchanger tubes and baffle rings were performed. Therefore, the software reduced the workload for designers. In addition, with the software, the effects of tube diameter on the heat exchanger tubes number and the heat exchanging area for heat exchanger were analyzed and studied for shell inside diameter Ds = 0. 325 m. The research results show that the tube number decreases with the increase of tube diameter. The heat exchanging area firstly increases then decreases with the increase of tube diameter for single tube passes heat exchanger while the heat exchanging area decreases with the increase of tube diameter for two tube pass heat exchanger. The heat exchanging area reached the maximum when the tube diameters do = 22 mm for single tube pass heat exchanger.
