泰安地区城乡初中生心理卫生知识知晓率调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the awareness rate for mental health knowledge of junior middle school students in Taian

目的探讨泰安地区城乡初中生心理卫生知识知晓状况。方法采用卫生部制定的中学生心理卫生知识问卷对城区和农村各2所中学共1 894名初中生进行调查。结果心理卫生知识总知晓率64.82%,其中城市学生知晓率高于农村学生(P<0.05),在何时、向何人、到何处需求帮助等问题知晓率城市学生高于农村学生(P<0.05)。在何时寻求帮助方面男生高于女生(P<0.05)。在对待心理问题的态度上,16.84%的学生选择拒绝心理咨询。结论泰安地区初中生心理卫生知识知晓率达到了国家要求的标准,但还存在一定的问题。

Objective To explore the status of awareness for mental health knowledge of junior middle school students in Taian.Methods A total of 1 894 junior middle school students from two urban schools and two rural schools respectively were selected and assessed with the questionnaire of mental health knowledge designed by the Ministry of Health.Results It was 64.82%for the total awareness rates of mental health knowledge in Taian, and the“when to seek help”,“to whom to seek help”,“where to seek help”, total awareness rates of students in city were all significantly higher than those in countryside （P〈0.05）. The“when to seek help” awareness rates of in boys were significantly higher than those in girls （P〈0.05）.These are 16.84%students refusing to receive the psychological counseling.Conclusion It’s well for awareness rates of mental health knowledge in junior middle school students in Taian which achieve the national standard, but there are still some problems.
