摘要
镁产业是我国可参与全球竞争的优势产业,但面临着低价出口初加工产品又高价进口深加工产品的尴尬局面,从政策层面探讨如何推进我国镁产业的结构升级和价值链提升对于提升中国制造业水平和综合国力具有重要意义。应用系统动力学,剖析政策对镁产业升级的作用机制,建立镁产业升级的系统动力学模型,并进行模拟仿真,剖析单一政策、政策组合对镁产业升级的影响,对政策的阶跃效应、脉冲效应进行分析,从而为制定镁产业升级的政策提供参考。
Magnesium industry attaches great importance in the world as emerrging industry, which is also an competitive in- dustries globally in China. It is important for China to study how to promote magnesium industry in the perpective of innova- tion policies. The paper aims to examine dynamics and evolution under the policy and on the base of analyzing the machnism of policy to magnesium industrial upgrading, SD model is established and simulated to provide a reference for policy-magne- sium industrial upgrading.
