“三创赛”与小麦公社协同共赢机制研究

Study on the Cooperative and Win-win Mechanism of National College Students' “Innovation,Originality and Entrepreneurship”Challenge with the Wheat Commune

校企合作是培养电子商务人才的主要途径,探寻适合电子商务人才培养的校企合作模式是人才培养的重要课题,文中通过对"三创赛"竞赛组委会与小麦公社的协同合作进行深度思考,把小麦公社的需求和资源等条件与"三创赛"的组织、流程、规则等基本对象相结合,深入分析了小麦公社与"三创赛"在赛前、赛中及赛后的合作机制,并对合作共赢进行了预期成效分析。通过赛事链条进行校企合作分析,对校企合作竞赛提供了理论指导,对于高校电子商务学科的发展和人才培养具有一定的推动作用。

School enterprise cooperation is the main way to cultivate the talent of electronic commerce, and exploring an ap- propriate school enterprise cooperation mode for training e-commerce student is very important. Through the deep thinking on the cooperation of National college students ＂Innovation,originality and entrepreneurship＂ challenge organizing commit- tee and the wheat commune, the paper combined the demand and resource of the wheat commune with the organization, the process and the rules of the challenge, analyzeddeeply the cooperation mechanism of thewheatcommune before and during and after the challenge, andanalyzedthe expected effectiveness of the win-win cooperation development. Through the analys- isofthe cooperationcompetition chain, the paperprovided a theoretical guidance for theschool enterprise cooperation competi- tion and the development of e-commerce discipline of eollegesand the training of student.
