摘要
在目前高等院校间的"人才争夺"战中,人才引进效率在很大程度上决定了高校人才引进工作的效果。如何能够高效地、科学地评价引进人才的综合能力,以提供与其相对应的待遇,达到吸引人才的目的,同时节省学校人才引进成本。对此,笔者在分析本校近5年引进人才情况的基础上,研究人才综合能力的影响因素,建立基于层次分析法的人才综合能力评价模型,确定不同人才综合能力的分级标准,应用类比法,得到不同综合评价值所对应的人才待遇方案,达到高效、科学引进人才的目的。
Given the current "talent competition" among colleges and universities, the efficiency of recruiting talents deter- mines the effect of the talent introduction. It is important to evaluate the comprehensive ability of recruited talents in an ef- fective and scientific manner, and to provide them with reasonable benefits so as to achieve the purpose of attracting talents, and at the same time to save costs on the part of the university. Based on an analysis of the university' s recruitment of tal- ents during the last five years,this article provides a research on the influence factors of comprehensive ability, attempts to establish a talents comprehensive ability evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process, determines the classifica- tion standards for talents with different comprehensive ability, and proposes benefits plans corresponding to different evalua- tions by the analogy method, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient and scientific recruitment of talents.
