摘要
测定了广东韶关5-12月生长的辣木在不同叶室光照强度下的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度和蒸腾速率的变化.当叶室光照强度在1 000~1 500μmol·m-2·s-1之间时,各月份的净光合速率都达到最高,光照强度过强或过弱,净光合速率均呈下降趋势.7-9月份的最大净光合速率高于其他月份.光照强度在700~2 000μmol·m-2·s-1范围时,7、8月份的胞间CO2浓度处于较高水平,气孔导度和蒸腾速率不同月份间的差异均大于不同光照强度下的差异.
The paper studied net photosynthesis rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate of Moringa oleifera Lain from May to December under different leaf chamber illumination intensities in Shaoguan, Guangdong. The highest net photosynthetic rate obtained under the leaf chamber illumination intensity was from 1 000 to 1 500 μmol.m-2.s-1 in every month. And the net photo synthetic rate would show a downward trend when the intensity was either too strong, or too weak. The net photosynthetic rate in July to September was higher than in any other months. The inthercellular C02 concentration arrived a high level when the illumination intensity was at the range of 700-2 000 μmol m-2 .s-1. The variation of stomatal conductance and transpiration rate under different months was higher than the variation under different illumination intensities.
