皖北地区5种城市绿地地被植物抗旱性评价 被引量:3

Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Five Groundcover Plants in Northern Anhui Region

摘要 对皖北地区5种地被植物(八宝景天、矮麦冬、葱兰、‘金娃娃’萱草和佛甲草)进行盆栽控水模拟自然干旱胁迫试验,测定了叶片的相对含水量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性总糖含量等生理生化指标,并通过隶属函数法对供试植物的抗旱性进行综合评价.结果表明:5种供试地被植物均有一定的抗旱性,但抗旱性强弱不同,5种地被植物的抗旱性顺序为:矮麦冬>八宝景天>‘金娃娃’萱草>佛甲草>葱兰. The potted experiment was conducted to study the drought-resistant of five groundcover plants of Sedum Spectabile, Ophiopogon japouicus 'Nanas', Zephyranthes candida, Hemeroeallisxhybrida 'Stella deor' and Sedum lineare of north of Anhui Province by simulated natural drought stress. The physiological indexes under drought stress, and their relative water content, relative electric conductivity, malondialdehyde content, free proline content and total soluble sugar content of the leaves were investigated. The capability of drought resistance of five groundcover plants were evaluated comprehensively by subordinate function values analysis. The results showed that the capability of drought resistance of five groundeover plants were different. The order of drought resistances was: Ophiopogon japonicas 〉 Sedum Spectabile 〉 Hemerocallisxhybrida 'Stella deor' 〉 Sedum lineare 〉 Zephyranthes candida. It suggested that Ophiopogon japonicus could be used in landscaping of north of Anhui province as an elite drought-tolerant groundcover plant.
