浅议民族地区职业学校分层次德育教育

摘要 少数民族地区由于地理位置偏僻、经济发展缓慢、思想理念保守等原因,职业学校学生德育现状不容乐观,注重德育教育尤为迫切。再加上职业学校学生在思想素质、心理特征、行为习惯及认知方面存在差异,实施分层次德育教育更有利于学生的成长发展。本文重点分析了民族地区职业学校德育教育现状,并对于如何实施分层次德育教育提出了自己的看法,旨在指导民族地区学生德育教育工作。 Because of the remote geographic location, slow economic, conservative ideas and some other causes in minority areas, the situation of the moral education of students in vocational schools at present is not optimistic. It is urgent to pay attention to moral education. In addition, because there are differences in ideological quality, psychological characteristics, behavior habits and cognition among vocational school students, the implementation of moral education in different levels is more conducive to the growth and development of students. This paper analyzes the present situation of the moral education in vocational schools and puts forward views on how to implement the moral education in different levels to guide moral education among students in ethnic areas.
