摘要 中等职业学校仍然存在学生学习基础薄弱,学习兴趣不高,没有良好的学习习惯,教材内容陈旧、与实际岗位需求脱节等情况。新形势下,中职课程改革需从教材、师资队伍、教学环境、教学方式等入手,构建和谐的师生关系,建设有专业特色的文化氛围,构建和谐教育。只有这样,中职课程改革才是行之有效的。 Secondary vocational schools are still in the situation that students' learning foundation is weak; study interest is not high;students have no good learning habits; the content of teaching materials is out of date, and so on. Under the new situation, secondary vocational curriculum reform needs to start from teaching materials, teaching staff, teaching environment, teaching methods, etc.This article focuses on the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and the cultural atmosphere with professional characteristics and harmonious education. Only this, the reform in secondary vocational schools will be effective.
