About the Ways to Cultivate the Vocational Abilities of Accounting Students in Vocational Colleges

高职会计专业学生需要具备态度好、知识新和技能强的综合职业能力。而高素质的会计人才的培养需要转变教师观念,改革教育教学方法,完善教学评价体系。学生只有具备了与应职岗位相适应的职业能力,才能增强就业竞争力。所以,我们要积极探索培养学生职业能力的新途径。

Accounting students in vocational colleges need to have the comprehensive vocational ability with a good attitude, new knowledge and professional skills. For the purpose of cultivating high-quality accounting professionals, efforts shall be made to change teachers＇ ideas, reform the education and teaching methods, and perfect the teaching evaluation system. Students can enhance their competitiveness of obtaining employment opportunities only after they have possessed the vocational abilities appropriate for their target job. Therefore, we shall actively explore new ways to train students＇ vocational abilities.
