摘要
研究系列浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(methyl jasmonat,Me JA)、不同激素与Me JA组合对水稻种子萌发过程中所含的BAPNA酶(BAPNA:苯甲酰精氨酸对硝基苯胺,Na-benzoyl-DL-arginine-ρ-nitroanilid)活性的影响,了解水稻种子萌发过程中蛋白酶与贮藏蛋白降解的关系,探讨茉莉酸甲酯是否通过赤霉素(Gibberellins,GA)或脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)途径影响水稻萌发过程中的蛋白酶活性.
The effects of methyl jasmonate(MeJA), MeJA combining other phytohormones and different inhibitors of proteases on the protease activities of germinated rice seeds or cultured embryoless rice grains were studied . It concluded that MeJA maybe influence the de novo synthesizing of the cysteine protease and then influence the germination of rice seeds.
