高校朋辈心理辅导模式探析

朋辈辅导是高校开展大学生心理互助的新型模式,朋辈辅导员队伍是保证朋辈辅导工作顺利开展的前提。目前,朋辈辅导员队伍管理存在一定的问题,没能发挥应有的作用。各高校应该高度重视此项工作,加大选拔和培训力度,寻找适合朋辈辅导员发展的工作途径,促进高校大学生心理健康教育工作的开展。

Peer tutoring is a new model of students who are learning in college psychological mutual aid. Peer counselor team is the prerequisite of peer counselling work smoothly. At present, the peer counselor team management has certain problem, can＇t play a proper role. Universities should attach great importance to this work, increase the intensity of selection and training, to find a way for the development of peer counselor work, promote the development of college students mental health education work.
