摘要
探讨了约稿的必要性,并指出认真选题,周密策划,积极开展组稿、约稿工作等策略,是获取高质量稿件,提高期刊质量和学术水平的有效途径.围绕约稿前的准备,约稿方案的制订与实施,以及约稿的后续工作等方面,进一步对有效开展约稿工作的方法策略进行了深入探讨.
This paper discuss the importance of scientific journal, and point out that manuscript invitation is very useful for improving the quality of manuscripts and raising the scientific journals＇ academic standards. Around the preparation of manuscripts, formulation and implementation of manuscripts scheme, and the followup work after manuscript invitation, the strategies to effectively solicit manuscripts is presented.
