中文科技期刊国际影响力提升探讨——以神经病与精神病学期刊为例

Research on the International Influence of Chinese Journals of Science and Technology—— A Case Study of Neurology and Psychiatry Journal

中文科技期刊以我国母语为知识载体,传播国内科学研究成果的作用更具潜力.以《中国科技期刊引证报告》(2014年版)中的35种神经病与精神病学期刊为代表,分析其海外论文比、聘请海外编委、独立网站建立状况和刊物被国际著名检索系统收录情况,探讨中文科技期刊国际影响力存在的问题和提升的途径.以期更好地发挥中文科技期刊的作用,促进我国科学技术领域研究成果在国际学术界的传播和交流.

Chinese is the propagation vector of domestic journals about science and technology, which play a more important role in the dissemination of domestic research results. 35 journals about neurology and psychiatry from China Journal Citation Reports （expansion edition 2014） were chosen in the study. The ratio of overseas papers, editorial, the construction of independent website and the record situation by internationally renowned retrieval systems were measured to discuss the problems and ways of improvement on international influence, to better play the role of Chinese journals about science and technology, and to promote dissemination and exchange of the research results in the science and technology field in the international academic community.
