In view of the present situation of construction market, the paper discusses the construction unit wtih some problems of project quality management, and starting from the practice experience, explores how to improve the quality of the construction unit of engineering project management. Starting from the division of the sectional works of the project, to the quality plan, quality control, quality improvement, quality inspection, focus, this paper analyzes that the key parts of the construction unit should pay attention to where and how to solve the problems of operation method.
