黄藤果用林的经济价值评估

Valuation of Daemonorops jenkinsiana Plantation for Fruits

传统以来我国黄藤林的经营均以生产原藤为主,果实的价值长期被忽视。近年来随着黄藤果实收购价格的上涨,以生产果实为经营目的的黄藤果用林受到投资者的高度关注。文中分别采用重置成本法和年净收益现值法评估了黄藤果用林幼林和成熟林的价值。结果表明：1~5生幼龄林随林龄增加,其价值也在增加,1年生幼林价值为2.57万元/hm2,5年生幼林价值则上升至5.92万元/hm2;6~30年生的成熟林其价值大大高于幼龄林;但随着成熟林林龄的增加,其价值逐年下降,6年生成熟林的价值为114.29万元/hm2,30年生成熟林的价值下降为10.03万元/hm2。研究认为,如果黄藤果实价格保持当前的价格水平,投资黄藤果用林可获得较高的投资收益。

Plantations of Daemonoropsjenkinsiana have been managed for canes for decades in China, and the value of its fruits has long been ignored. Recently, D. Jenkinsiana plantations for fruit has attracted great interests from investors as the fruit price has gone up. The paper used replacement cost method and annual income of net present value method to valuate the young plantations and mature plantations of D. Jenkinsiana, respectively. The results showed that the value of young plantation increased from the age of 1-5, and 1-year-old plantation was valued at 25650.00 yuan/hm2 while 5-year-old valued at 59236.15 yuan/hm2; The mature plantation aged at 6-30 had much higher value than young plantation; With the age up, the value of mature forest showed a decreasing trend, and the mature plantation aged at 6 was valued at 1.14 million yuan/hm2 while the plantation aged at 30 valued at 1.003 million yuan/hm2. The study pointed out if D. Jenkinsiana fruit price keep at the current level, the investment in the fruit could generate higher investment revenues.
