产业结构调整背景下高职院校专业设置现状与对策研究——以江西省为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Specialty Establishment in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Industrial Structure Adjustment

高等职业教育作为一种与经济社会发展以及个体就业结合最为紧密的教育类型,其专业设置受到产业结构调整的直接影响。文中分析了江西省产业结构调整的情况,调研了全省高职院校专业设置现状,指出了高职院校专业设置存在的问题。研究表明,为适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求,高职院校专业设置必须紧跟区域经济发展需求,面向不同的职业分工来设置符合生产实际的具体专业。

As a type of education, higher vocational education is combined with economic and social development tightly, as well as individual employment, and it＇ s specialty establishment is affected directly by industrial restructuring. This paper analyzes the industrial structure adjustment in Jiangxi province, surveys the current situation of specialty establishment in all higher vocational colleges, and points out the problems of specialty establishment in higher vocational colleges. Research has shown that specialty establishment in higher vocational college must keep up with the needs of regional economic development in order to meet the demands of economic development pattern and industrial structure adjustment, and establish the specific professional in line with the actual production with different career-oriented division of labor.
