生源减少视角下职业院校专业建设研究

Research on Specialty Construction Based on the decrease of students in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对生源减少视角下职业院校专业建设面临问题的分析,发现职业院校生源的减少,会影响生源质量、反证专业设置的科学性、引起专业教师的"剩余"和办学成本升高等。职业院校应科学化、精品化与特色化设置专业,师资队伍分层发展,根据生源结构、学制和基地建设,改革人才培养模式。

Through the analysis problems based reduced students in the vocational colleges, author points out their relations between professional construction and reduced students. We should set profession by scientific, quality and characteristics, construct teaching staff of hierarchical development, reform talent cultivating pattern according to the source structure, educational system and base.
