高职院校职业道德教育存在的问题与路径选择分析

Problems of Professional Moral Education in Vocational Colleges and Route Selection of Moral Education

随着我国社会经济的发展,人们对职业道德日益重视。职业道德教育是高等职业教育不可或缺的任务,它直接影响了人才培养质量。本文通过调查发现,高职院校学生在职业道德的认知、师资力量的配备以及教学方法等诸多方面存在问题,在此基础上提出职业道德教学内容的扩展、构建专兼结合师资队伍以及强化多元教学方法等路径选择,达成提高职业道德教育的目的。

People have paid more and more attention to the professional ethics with the development of economics in China. The professional moral education is one of the important tasks for higher vocation education and it has a direct influence on the talent cultivation. The paper finds out by investigation that there exist some problems in professional moral education in vocational colleges in the aspects of students＇ recognition to professional ethics, the quality of teachers, and the teaching methods. Based on the investigation, the paper proposes to extend the scope of teaching content, establish qualified teaching staff and intensify multidimensional teaching methods to achieve the goal of professional moral education.
