通过分析双滚筒加热搅拌装置的工作机理,提出了双滚筒连续式沥青搅拌设备的工艺流程、各系统的主要功能和典型的设计方案;同时指出了在使用双滚筒连续式搅拌设备的工程实践中,骨料的水分、沥青的温度、再生料的添加对连续计量和级配的影响都需要重点关注。

In terms of the analysis of lhe working princip production process of the continuous asphalt mixing p e of double harrel drum dryer/mixer, the ant outfitted with douhle barrels, main functions of each system and typical design proposals were presented, h was also poinledout that the water eonlent of the aggregate, temperature of asphalt, and the impact of adding reclaimed materials into the mixture on the conlinuous measurement and the gradation deserve big attention during the production process.
