小麦新种质CH09W80抗白粉病基因遗传分析及分子定位 被引量:5

摘要 CH09W80是由八倍体小偃麦TAI7047与高抗小麦白粉病品种晋太170杂交/回交选育出的抗白粉病小麦新种质。苗期对我国广泛流行的白粉菌株E09,E20,E21表现为免疫或近免疫,抗性表现与其亲本TAI7047相似。CH09W80与感病亲本绵阳11杂交F1及F2遗传群体接种E09成株鉴定结果表明,CH09W80的抗白粉病受1对显性核基因控制。采用分离群体分组分析法(bulked segregant analysis,BSA),以432对SSR标记对抗感亲本CH09W80和绵阳11及其F2抗感池进行筛选,获得3对具有多态性SSR标记。根据这3对标记在小麦染色体上的位置,推测CH09W80的抗白粉病基因可能位于2AL染色体上,其抗性来源于中间偃麦草。 The novel wheat germplasm line CH09W80, developed by backcrossing a wheat-Thinopyrum intermedium line TAI7047 with wheat variety Jintai 170 was found to be resistant to powdery mildew (Pm) and exhibits immunity to Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici(Bgt) pathotypes E09, E20, E21 at the seedling stage. The Bgt resistance in CH09W80 was similar to that of in parent TAI7047. The result obtained from adult tests of CH09W80/MY 11 (F1 and F1) inoculated with Bgt isolate E09, indicated the single dominant Bgt resistance gene in CH09W80. According to bulked segregant analysis, three SSR markers by screening with 432 wheat microsatellites (SSR) primer pairs between parents CH09W80 and MY 11, bulks from susceptible and resistant F2 plants were acquired. Based on marker loci, the resistance gene to powdery mildew of CH09WS0 was assigned on 2AL and inherenced from Thinopyrum intermedium.
