摘要 研究环境因子对陕西省蚕桑重点实验室分离鉴定的野生桑黄菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,在试验所用的5种培养基中,生长最好的是在桑枝麸皮培养基中的菌落;在试验所设的4个温湿度组合中,低温23℃时该菌丝生长最好,在同一温度时,各湿度的菌落直径变化不大,推测温度对菌落生长的影响比湿度较为显著,低温有利于菌落生长;菌株通过不同光照处理后,生长最好的是在半光半暗条件下的菌落,其次是全暗处理的,说明黑暗可促进菌株生长;菌株在不同pH值条件下,生长最好的是pH值6.2,其次是pH值7,可知该菌株生长的最适酸碱度在pH值为6~7之间的中性偏酸范围。 The present paper studied the influence of environmental factors on the growth of wild Phellinus igniarius mycelium growth. The results showed that the growth of hyphae on mulberry bran medium was faster than the others in the five medium. In the com- pose of temperature and relative humidity, 23 ℃ was the optimum growth temperature. Under the same temperature, the diameter of the colony on the three of relative humidity was not far off. Maybe the influence of the temperature was more marked than the relative humidity. The low temperature was benefit to the growth of strain. Different light done with the strain, the growth of hyphae in half-light penumbra was the fastest, the second was dark. It showed that the dark could accelerate the growth of the strain. When the pH was different, the di- ameter of the colony on pH 6.2 was the longest. The second was the pH 7. It showed that the range ofpH fited to the strain growth was 6-7.
