Literature Review of Value Research of Cultivated Land Resources in China

我国耕地资源价值核算的研究是一个动态发展的过程,人们对其认识经历了由无价到单一的经济价值核算,再到经济价值、社会价值和生态价值等综合价值核算的发展过程。运用文献资料法,在研究耕地非农化无序发展背景的基础上,从耕地资源的价值内涵出发,从经济价值、社会价值、生态价值角度构建了耕地资源价值核算体系,为有效保护耕地资源与保障经济社会的持续发展提供依据。

The study of cultivated land value resource calculation in China is a dynamic developmental process. It had been transformed from only focusing on the capacity of arable to comprehensive value of cultivated land, including the economic value, social value and ecological value. The paper uses the method of documentation. On the basis of the study of the disorder of non-agricuhuralization of farmland circulation, starting from the value connotation of cultivated land resources, the paper constructs an asset evaluation model of farmland resourees from the aspects of economic value, social value and ecological value to effectively protect the cultivated land resources and guarantee the sustainable development of social economy.
