摘要
将白酒酒样控制在105~110℃条件下蒸发,除去其中的大部分乙醇和酯类等物质,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法直接进样测定Mn含量,而不必对白酒酒样进行消解处理.该方法结果准确可靠,回收率在98%~101%,与采用酒样消解法测定结果对比并无显著差别,甚至更为可靠.同时简化了白酒酒样的前处理操作,降低检测人员的分析误差,分析更加快速简便,适合于白酒中Mn、Fe等元素的快速检测.
In this study, Baijiu(liquor) samples was evaporated under the condition of 105~110℃to remove most of alcohols and esters and other substances, then flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was adopted for the detection of Mn content without digestion of Baijiu(liquor) samples, the analytic results were accurate and reliable with the recovery between 98%~101%. Compared with the detection re-sults of Baijiu(liquor) samples treated by digestion, the results was even more reliable and there was no significant difference between them. Meanwhile, this method could simplify liquor sample pretreatment and reduce the labor intensity and the analytic error. And it was more rapid and simple, and was suitable for rapid detection of Mn, Fe and other elements in Baijiu(liquor).
