调整农业结构,是新常态下适应国内外经济发展需求,推进我国现代农业发展的有效途径。当前我国农村经济发展保持稳定向好的势头,但同时我们也看到,一些结构性矛盾依然突出,制约着农业的可持续发展。鉴于此提出以下几点建议:一是保护与治理双管齐下,努力改善农业生态环境;二是一、二、三产业融合发展,倾心打造"第六产业";三是借力"互联网+"思维,助推传统农业换挡升级;四是加快经营模式的创新,构建现代农业经营体系;五是确保农产品质量安全,提高农产品市场竞争力。

Agricultural economy structure adjustment is an effective way under the new normal, which can not only meet the needs of domestic and international economic development, but also accelerate the development of modern agriculture. At present, China＇ s rural economic development maintains a stable good momentum. At the same time we also can see, some structural contradictions are still prominent, which restricts the sustainable devel- opment of agriculture. For this reason, the following suggestions are put forward. First of all, improving the agricultural ecological environment by protecting and governance. Secondly, developing the sixth industry, which combines the primary, secondary and tertiary industries. Thirdly, boosting traditional agriculture shifts upgrade by ＂Internet ＋ ＂. Fourthly, building a modern agricultural management system through land business model innovation. At last, improving the market competitiveness of agricultural products by the quality.
