基于“差序格局”的理论扩展:我国“教练员-运动员关系”分类及结构演变过程分析

Theory Expansion Based on the Pattern of Difference Sequence:The Classification and Structure Evolution Analysis of Coach-athlete Relationship in China

基于差序格局的理论扩展视角,对我国现阶段"教练员-运动员关系"的类型进行划分,对两者关系结构的演变过程进行分析。研究认为,我国现阶段"教练员-运动员关系"可依据身份类型及方式特征划分为血缘身份型、传统师徒身份型、夫妻身份型、拟血缘身份型及契约方式型。"教练员-运动员关系"结构在社会经济制度、运动员管理体制、世界范围内"教练员-运动员关系"结构特点等综合背景下,将经历以传统社会为代表的传统型关系结构、现代社会为代表的复合型关系结构及未来社会为代表的契约型关系结构的演变过程。研究结果表明未来我国"教练员-运动员关系"结构是基于中国传统文化及西方契约方式建立的,具有"情"与"理"的共同特征。

Based on the pattern of difference sequence theoru and its expansion,this paper categorizes the coach-athlete relationship,and analuzes the evolution and structure between the coach and athletes.The results show that the current coach-athlete relationship can be classified into blood-linked,tutor-appren-tice,husband-wife,pseudo blood-linked and covenant relationships.Concluded from the socio-economic sustem,athlete management mechanism and an overall complex structures around the world,the coach-athlete relationship will experience a shift from the traditional relationship in the traditional societu to the complex relationship in modern societu,and in the future societu,a covenant relationship.This research suggests that the future Chinese coach-athlete relationship will benefit from the traditional Chinese cul-ture and western covenant pattern,with emotional and rational characteristics as well.
